Full week back post-EthCC and still deep in strategic discussions and de-briefings.
One of our top discussions is when to put out our MVP (minimum viable product). We have had the current “project raft” up since end of January now on testnet. Have had some people participate in the testnet raft exercise – but we need to move ahead with a working MVP – a product where people can make a purchase and have it delivered.
Also the defining of Hamza and Loadpipe. It is becoming more clear now that Hamza is focusing on the buy-side (buyers) where Loadpipe is focused on the community of sellers. From the marketing and the branding side as well.
Other discussions are on which strategic partners to work with, and if so, at which point in our product roadmap.
Product strategy and roadmap is a huge one and all of these points are being sorted out this week.
The product is looking amazing, the product development team is a blessing for our project and we are at an amazing position and halfway point in our year.
