We are setting sail on the Hamza river. Our first investment in the Loadpipe foundation, Hamza, has been underway for the majority of 2024 and we are setting sail.

CODE NAME: ALPHA SHIP

This week we are releasing the alpha.

And it is only for ambassadors or friends or team.

This is the start of a fundamental shift in the way we build at Hamza – we are going to use the lean startup methodology and listen to user input, iterate, and prioritize on that.

From this, we have onboarded a PM (Product Manager) advisor, Senjuti, who will help setup some framework and processes for us to follow.

It will take time for us to re-adjust to this release, collect user data, huddle, iterate, re-prioritize, but we are super excited to go this way. The team has built an amazing foundation and now it is time to “set sail” and get the main net rolling. From this, the marketing and BD will adjust too. Mike has been speaking to alliances and partners and they are all very positive to hear we are shipping to production. From this they can also advise how to best use their tools and systems.

Having something to show, publicly, is the way – and we are glad to be there.

August will be MVP / alpha ship – collecting feedback from our closer network, and then September should be a wider launch so long as things go to plan.
