Various team members from US and EU will be heading back to Asia this week and next. Summer is over and we will have more in-person gatherings and meetings later this month for those in Chiang Mai, Thailand area.

Last week was a big flow for the dev team and getting “alpha ship” (alpha) online and moving.

Working on the communication flow and sync between the product team and business operations team. Senjuti is advising us on PM (product management) to help set goals and KPI for these next couple months.

We are in the MVP / alpha stage where we are adjusting from the product dev building without a sync to business side.

Also more integrations in play, with it becoming more and more clear we are to make it as easy as possible for people to use the web3 tech without even knowing it is web3.

And we are firming up incentives and org chart for marketing and a wider launch.

On the marketing side, we are in discussions with a few marketing specialists about joining to assist us on the launch, campaigns, and various strategies.

Very early stage days still, but we have a solid product that is iterative, adjusting as a team our workflow, and a solid platform to build on.
