Loadpipe Foundation Week Update September 16, 2024 – Map033

Onwards we march to the public beta. Opening the “beta boat”.

Last week we got the marketing agency onboard and aligning more with the business development team on what we are launching and when. For the past year we have heavily been focused on the product side, now we are preparing for a wider launch of the marketing side.

Development team and alpha users are putting in more test orders and finding more issues such as dealing with variations, longer names, out of stock, and all the details of a complex ecommerce multi vendor marketplace. Also the shipping and return policies on a per vendor basis.

The week ahead:

Content calendar and alignment of the marketing team internal and the email marketing agency.  More building out of the support ticket system and help desk. Aligning the emails, blogs, and socials with key people and workflows.

The “genesis” product line to be introduced at launch is coming and we are working on perfect images and videos and text to give the best impression yet on the first products. Also brings up the process of adding products, vetting vendors, and many more details. Again this is a step by step process.

Further defining of the first vendor on the platform, and the separation of the vendor from the platform as we prepare to build out and open the seller side later this year.

Creating a seller onboarding program and training, called Empower the Seller.
