This is last week of internal testing and preparing before we finally ship to the public our first product – Hamza decom marketplace, next week.
It is a great milestone, and a good exercise in shipping a product. We made a strategic decision a few months ago to reduce features and focus on shipping an MVP (minimum viable product) to market. This is a strategy that is to get as bare boned a product as possible to the public to see how they use it “in the wild”, rather than building more and more features without having a public product.
We will slowly introduce this to those on the wait list and in our close network.
As a team, we need to be prepared for unexpected bugs, feedback, and response in the market.
Also, it is when we start to embrace the community – and start to see who is really interested in participating in what we are building.
Let us also be patient and kind to one another – be proactive to the notion issues will arise and things may not go as planned.
Celebrate this win, as so many projects, especially in web3, never ship to the public – we are setting this milestone and as of next week will have something the public at large can use – buying a physical product with cryptocurrency.
