Our first application, Hamza.market, is coming alive! This will be the world’s first decom marketplace, and a milestone on the new blue ocean of the entire decom industry.
It is looking like a Tuesday Oct 8 “flipping of the switch” – over the weekend still more scrambling of minor bugs and details. We need to build a better internal QA process for next time indeed.
It has been great to see the team coming together – from TOS building, QA testing process, front end development, email marketing preparations – it is coming alive.
This coming week, we hope the development team can get some rest and no major issues on the go-live (fingers crossed).
But it is now on to the business development team – getting the first batch of early adopters onboard – listening, collecting feedback, and ensuring we are LISTENING.
The way to success is not building what WE want, it is about building what the COMMUNITY wants.
This is the first week where we will have the public at large able to purchase products – (genesis products), give feedback, find various issues, and give us feature requests.
Listening is critical. Documenting it, making a system, and having a voting mechanism.
