As we near the end of the year, and wrap up our first Black Friday for Hamza market, we are gathering input – not just the community – but mainly the team at Hamza.

Team format and structure is critical in any organization, but especially in the early stages.

Last week we have been onboarding more for both development, web3, and re-assessing the stage of the product for the marketing – as we slow that department down a bit.
