Exciting Week Ahead for Hamza.market!

This week is packed with intense in-person meetings as various partners and team members fly into Chiang Mai. We’ll be holding 1:1 meetings, team workshops, and wrapping it all up with our kickoff fundraising event on Friday.

Hamza.market Updates from Last Week

  • Onboarding Sellers:
    We’ve been iterating on the process of onboarding third-party sellers. Whether it’s manually collecting their information or handling bulk uploads via CSV, we’re learning the nuances and addressing their questions and concerns. While no new sellers officially launched last week, several are in the pipeline, working on their listings and preparing to go live.
  • Alpha Seller Success Story:
    Our “favorite” seller, Thomas from Stanzo 3D Prints, made great progress last week. After multiple calls and feedback sessions:

    • He successfully processed initial orders and navigated the smart contract escrow system.
    • He’s been consistently adding new products to his shop.
    • Excitingly, Thomas is rebranding his shop to OnlyPrints, which we fully support as a step toward growth.

    We’ve also ramped up promotions and awareness campaigns to help our sellers succeed, understanding that their success directly contributes to ours.

    This week, Thomas is launching a new batch of products, and we’ll be testing new promotional strategies with him.

Team Highlights for the Week

  • Tuesday:
    An all-day private foundation meeting and workshop to finalize the white paper and other critical details for the next phase of Hamza.market.
  • Thursday:
    A half-day team gathering combining team-building activities with strategic discussions and sharing sessions.
  • Friday:
    The big day! We’ll bring the team together, finalize our presentation, and officially kick off fundraising and the wider launch of Hamza.market here in Chiang Mai.
